Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of moneyworkslite.app and MoneyWorks Lite, provided by BRANDWORKSAPP LLC.

1. Accepting these Terms

By using the website or app, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, use the service only with permission of a parent or legal guardian. The service is not directed to children under 13.

2. What MoneyWorks provides

MoneyWorks is a personal and small-business cash-flow tracking and planning tool. Features may include income and expense records, rolling 30-day statistics, averages, annualized pace, goal projections, multiple profiles and currencies, Pay Yourself transfers, calendars, widgets, cloud sync, and shared-profile access.

Features may change as the product improves. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, subject to applicable law and store requirements.

3. Not financial, tax, accounting, or investment advice

MoneyWorks provides tools and informational calculations only. It is not a bank, accounting system, investment adviser, tax preparer, or financial planner. Forecasts, annualized pace, and goal dates are estimates based on entries and assumptions and do not guarantee future results. You are responsible for your financial decisions and for consulting qualified professionals where appropriate.

4. Accounts and security

You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, and activity under your account. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. You may not attempt to access another person’s data or interfere with the service.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of information you enter. You grant us a limited right to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of your content and for having permission to add shared-profile members or information.

6. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, reverse engineer it except where law permits, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, scrape the service at unreasonable scale, impersonate others, violate law, or use the service to infringe rights.

7. Subscriptions and app stores

Some features require an auto-renewing subscription purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play. Price, billing period, trial availability, taxes, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are shown in the store before purchase and governed by the applicable store terms. See our Subscription Terms.

8. Shared profiles

Profile owners control invitations and roles. Members may see and change information according to the permissions available in the app. The owner is responsible for choosing collaborators and removing access when it is no longer appropriate.

9. Intellectual property

MoneyWorks, its software, design, brand, and content are owned by BRANDWORKSAPP LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. These Terms provide a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.

10. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, perfect accuracy, or that projections will match actual results. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BRANDWORKSAPP LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or financial decisions made using the service. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the 12 months before the claim, or USD $100 if you paid nothing, unless law requires otherwise.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except where the law where you live provides mandatory protections. Before filing a claim, contact us and allow 30 days to try to resolve it informally.
