Support is available by email. Include your platform, app version, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords or full payment-card information.

For account access, profiles, sync, subscriptions, data deletion, or product questions.

Apple and Google control store billing. Manage or cancel through the store used to purchase the subscription. Refund requests must generally be submitted to that store.
Privacy requests
Use the same support email and write “Privacy Request” in the subject. We may need to verify your identity before accessing or deleting account information.
